UP Board Date Sheet 2018 Class 12

UP Board 12th Date Sheet 2018 has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). Candidates must check out the respective dates at the official website www.upmsp.edu.in.
UP Board Class 12th exams begin from February 6 and will come to an end on March 10. UP Board 10th Date Sheet 2018 has also been released on the official website which also begin and end on the same dates as the UP 12th Board exams.

NCERT pattern in examinations:
The UP government plans to introduce the NCERT pattern in examinations held by the UP Board to bring government school students on par with those in the CBSE-affiliated institutions.

"Earlier, UP Board students could not get more than 60 per cent. After the new study patternthat is to be introduced from next academic session, these students will also be able to secure 90 per cent marks like their counterparts in other states. This year, nearly 34,04,571 students appeared for UP 10th Board exams while over 26,24,681 appeared for the UP Board Class 12th exam.

The UP Board was set up in the year 1921 at Allahabad by an act of United Provinces Legislative Council. First examination by UP Board was held in 1923. The Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh is the Uttar Pradesh state government administered autonomous examining authority for the class 10 examination (or secondary school level examination) and class 12 examination (or inter college level examination) of Uttar Pradesh, India.
